Yamas and Niyama’s Workshop
Join us on Saturday, April 26th starting at 1pm for Yamas and Niyama’s, ethical principles in yoga philosophy that guide personal conduct and interaction with the world. The Yamas focus on values connected to how we relate to others. The Niyama’s are about self-discipline and personal observances. Together, these two limbs of the eight limbed path offer a framework for living with integrity, compassion, and balance. By integrating the Yamas and Niyama’s into daily life, individuals can foster greater peace, awareness, and purpose, creating a strong foundation for well-being, personal growth, and harmonious living. These principles are valuable to everyone, whether they are on a yoga path or simply seeking to improve their life and interactions.
